Missed a few workouts :) Last week was good at the gym. This week not so much.
But I ran tonight :) only short, 2.86 km in 20 minutes. It wasnt bad.

More pleasant run today in the freezing cold but less tricky footing; ran from office in Bible HIll up around Pictou and COllege and back. Cold face. Warm rest of body.
4.25 km in 31 minutes; not my best time ever. More calories burned means more cookies I can eat :) 287 calories (hardly seems worth it)

Ok got over the bad part of the cold and ran with snot and cough and grossness but at least not feeling half dead.
Ran tonight in the snow. Conclusion? Running in slushy snow SUCKS. Completely. What a workout. I went almost 5 km in over 36 minutes it was like running through sand or mud or something and it wasnt enjoyable!
Cant wait to do it all over again on Wednesday.
USED the new Garmin! It was kinda neat.
Garmin 36 minutes 27 seconds for 2.76 miles; fastest pace was 9.19 mins per mile; 282 calories. I think average pace was about 12 minutes per mile. It was hard going :(
